- Review the returned cards. Prices, images and cashback estimates appear when available, and results depend on the current partner catalog.
- Open a card to view the latest offer details on Ember. Sign in with Google on Ember’s website when you choose to continue to a store. Complete any purchase on the merchant’s website.
What to expect
Ember searches eligible physical products. Digital goods, subscriptions, services and restricted goods are excluded. Cashback figures are estimates subject to final settlement; an offer does not guarantee cashback or the lowest price. The ChatGPT plugin cannot access your balance, place orders, process payments or withdraw rewards.

Do I need an account to search?
No Ember account is required for search in ChatGPT or for viewing offer details. Continuing to a store requires an Ember website sign-in. Google sign-in happens on the website; never send your password or verification codes in ChatGPT.
Why are there no offers, or why can’t I open one?
Try a different product or brand when no offers match. If the service is unavailable, retry later. An expired offer may no longer open. If the problem continues, contact support with the approximate time and offer-page URL; omit passwords, cookies, payment details and private chat content.
Can ChatGPT withdraw cashback or buy something for me?
The plugin searches offers only. It cannot access balances, submit orders, make payments or withdraw rewards. Check your Ember account on the website or contact support for account assistance.
What data does the plugin receive, and how do I request deletion?
The search service receives a short shopping query and may receive country, language and client hints from ChatGPT. It does not request your full conversation or precise location. For data requests, email support and identify whether you used ChatGPT or the website. Do not include credentials or a full chat transcript. See the Privacy Policy for details.
