Getting started
Is Ember free to use?
Yes. Ember is completely free. Merchants pay us a commission when you buy through our links, and we share it with you as cashback.
Will I pay more by using an Ember link?
No. You pay the same price as going to the store directly. The commission comes from the merchant, not from you.
Which stores are supported?
Shopee, Temu, AliExpress, SHEIN, Agoda, Trip.com, Klook and a growing list of others. Just ask Ember about any store and it will tell you if cashback is available.
What does the browser extension do?
On desktop, the extension tells you when cashback is available on the site you're visiting. It only activates an Ember link when you click to activate it.
Cashback and payouts
When will I receive my cashback?
Cashback is first marked as pending, then confirmed once the merchant approves the order (usually after the return or cancellation period ends). Ember lets you know in the chat when it's confirmed.
How do I withdraw my cashback?
Once your confirmed balance reaches $10, ask Ember to withdraw and share your wallet address. Right now we pay out in USDC or USDT (stablecoins pegged to the US dollar). Network fees depend on the network you pick: some are free, while USDT on TRON has a small fee that's deducted from your withdrawal. You'll see the fee and the exact amount you'll receive before you confirm. Payouts to more e-wallets are coming soon. Please double-check your address and network: crypto transfers can't be reversed.
Why is my cashback still pending or declined?
Merchants confirm orders only after their return or cancellation period. An order may be declined if it was cancelled, returned, paid with an excluded method, or if another coupon or cashback link was used before checkout.
Bonuses and referrals
Is there a welcome bonus?
Yes. Every new member gets $5 in their balance the moment they start chatting with Ember. It stays locked until your first purchase through Ember is confirmed by the merchant, then it unlocks and counts toward the $10 minimum withdrawal. If you don't make a purchase through Ember within 90 days of joining, the bonus expires. We'll remind you before it does.
How does the referral program work?
Ask Ember for your invite link, code or QR code and share it. Friends who join through your link are linked to you automatically, and anyone can also just tell Ember your code. Your friend gets the $5 welcome bonus as soon as they join, and you earn an extra 10% of every cashback they earn, for as long as both accounts stay active. The extra 10% is paid by Ember, so it never reduces your friend's cashback.
Privacy and messages
How do I stop messages from Ember?
Reply STOP at any time and Ember won't send you promotional messages. You'll still get replies when you message Ember, and important account updates such as withdrawal confirmations.
How do I delete my data?
Send "delete my data" to Ember, or email [email protected] from the account you use. We'll confirm the request, close your account and delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
